Name of the company and VAT number of the company for which contact person acts, order number, salutation, first and last name of contact person, country, street and number, postal code, city, (mobile) phone number, e-mail address and password, payment details, buying behavior, language choice, address of delivery (if different from the address as given at registration);

Data related to. a visit to our website

Your IP address, location data, browser data, operating system, duration of your visit, the pages you visited, links you click on through the use of cookies(please refer to our cookie policy);

Data related to. an application

CV and cover letter;

Further, we process any data that you voluntarily submit to us when you contact us, for example.

3. Why are your personal data being processed?

We process the personal data listed above for the following reason and on the legal basis stated therein:

Contact details	Regarding. contact requests: 6 months after the contact request was finalized; Regarding. Newsletters: until you have withdrawn your consent;
Data related to. your visit to our website	5 years after your visit to our website (or the period stipulated in the cookie policy if it involves processing by cookies);
Data related to. applications	5 years after an application was submitted;

Independently of this period during which we retain your personal data, we also delete your personal data if you explicitly request us to do so using the contact information above and there are no reasons to refuse this request.

Access to the personal data relating to you that are processed by us, if necessary to have incorrect/incomplete personal data corrected or deleted, as well as - in certain cases - to have the processing of your personal data restricted or to oppose it.
